As the Owner and President of Menifield & Associates, LLC, where the mission is to execute leadership at every level for every sector (public, non-profit, and for-profit), we utilize over twenty-eight (28) years of experience in Federal Service, including more than twenty (20) years supervising and leading others to excel and reach their greatest potential; to coach, teach, speak, and add value to others. In addition to my John Maxwell Team (JMT) International Certification, Angela earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (MPA), two Human Resources Certifications – SPHR (HRCI) and SCP (SHRM), and is a DISC Certified Human Behavior Consultant – Level II.
Angela is positive, hardworking, and energetic and hold the values of integrity and character as key in reaching goals. Additional areas of extensive knowledge and expertise include – Success Coaching, Leadership Training, Public Speaking, Human Resource Consultation, Operations Management, Recruitment, serving as a Certified Resolving Official for Mediations, Sexual Harassment Training, and conducting Masterminds.
